Hornblower Lodge Cottage is a cosy, sunny, well equipped cottage for two people. It is situated next to the Cleveland Way footpath and has stunning views towards Highlights Lighthouse and the cliffs beyond.
The cottage stands next to the main property, in an acre of land with uninterrupted views out to sea.
A private gate leads directly onto the Cleveland Way, where you can walk to Saltwick Bay beach or beyond into Whitby. Whitby is famous for it’s connections with Captain James Cook. From the cottage it is only 7 minutes drive to the centre of Whitby.
The cottage is ideally situated for walkers, having direct access onto the Cleveland Way. If you want to be close to Whitby but away from the crowds this is the ideal location!
The other direction is Robin Hood’s Bay, which is a pretty little fishing village full of charm and character.
