Lynnfield has 5 en suite bedrooms and offers luxury self-catering accommodation. There are 2 lounges, a farmhouse style dining room with Aga and a fully equipped light filled modern kitchen with a Rangemaster cooker.
The 5 en suite bedrooms all contain quality showers and the King size en suite also contains a wonderful roll top bath in addition to the shower. All bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors have sea views. Lynnfield has two lounges - the second floor lounge has wonderful views across the bay and to the Moors whilst the larger ground floor lounge and front patio also enjoy views to the Bay and The Moors. The farmhouse style dining room is for 10 people and contains an Aga, church pew seating and an original servants bell (no longer working). The modern light filled kitchen is next to the dining room.

Situated in “Upper Bay” Lynnfield is close to the beach, and all the attractions, cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops in the heart of Robin Hoods Bay. The Coast to Coast and Cleveland Way walks are close by plus a whole range of walking options in the village or along the beach.

Lynnfield is now open and taking bookings. Due to the latest Government regulations limiting to 6 the number of guests who can stay we have reduced our prices to reflect this. The reductions take immediate effect and last until the Government advice changes. Should the restrictions continue we will continue to offer the lower price for groups of 6 people. Precautions and cleaning protocols have been put in place and we provide additional cleaning materials, hand sanitiser and antiseptic wipes for each set of guests plus guidelines for dealing with the Coronavirus. A digital manual is emailed to all guests prior to arrival. We operate a key safe system to provide flexibility around gaining access to the building.
