The Garden Room comprises a fabulously ornate king-size bed with matching large wardrobe and bedside tables. There is a pine dressing table with mirror and a dining table and two chairs. Basic cooking facilities are provided (kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge). A flame-effect electric fire gives the room a lovely warm glow and there is a wall mounted TV with Freesat.
The spacious en suite bathroom is fully tiled and has a lovely walk-in shower, feature stone washbasin and WC.
The red oak and glass conservatory has a tiled flood, leather sofa and coffee table. A door from the conservatory leads out into the garden.
The garden is on many levels and has a large fish pond in the centre which is surrounded by mature potted shrubs. There is a small raised decking area with a low table and 2 garden chairs. Please note that although the described spaces are for the sole use of guests, the conservatory and garden can be overlooked from some parts of the main house.
