As consultants and award-winning authors they seek to promote enthusiasm for mathematics and strive to help people to understand and enjoy the subject.
They have an extensive range of experience in maths education, having taught at all levels from early years to post-graduate and in-service training for teachers.
Steve and Hilary have written over 150 mathematics books for teachers, parents and children and have developed software materials on both CD and the internet.
In 2003 Steve Mills and Hilary Koll won both the 'Secondary Numeracy' category and the 'Overall Excellence' prize at the Basic Skills Book Awards for materials designed to improve numeracy skills.
Steve and Hilary are also founders of CME Projects Ltd. which provides consultancy services and in-service training in mathematics education.
